Service Fees
Standard Notarization $10 per seal Includes witnessing and notarizing documents such as affidavits, acknowledgments, and jurats.
Loan Signing $250 Comprehensive signing service for mortgage or loan documents, including travel time.
Remote Online Notarization (RON) $25 Secure online notarization for documents through an approved platform.
Mobile Notary Service $25 Travel to a specified location within 11 miles. Additional fees may apply for distances beyond.
Additional Seal/Signature $6 each Fee for each additional seal or signature required beyond the first.
Document Printing/Preparation .15 Fee for printing and preparing documents for notarization, per page.
Wait Time $25 per hour Applies if the notary must wait for more than 15 minutes.
After-Hours/Weekend Notarization $30 Additional fee for services provided outside regular business hours or on weekends.
Cancellation Fee $75 Applies if a scheduled appointment is canceled with less than 2 hours’ notice.
